RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE CONDITIONAL ON THE FOLLOWING
All Sales Final After 15 Days: Repairs and Accessories
Returns Must Be Accompanied With:
- Original Packaging
- Sellable Condition.
Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered for an exchange or refund.
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWING WHEN MAKING AN EXCHANGE
1) First, send an email at email@example.com to let us know you are making an exchange.
2) Then, send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, to:

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS
Please note that shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from mobilemend.
